The Warehouse along with Pak N Save are the two primary tenancy's at the new retail center "The Crossing" in Tauranga. This is the MSB for the warehouse, it is a type tested 630A Form 3Bih construction at 36kA 1s. The MSB also houses Form2 internal DB's and the mechanical controls for the HVAC. The board also houses the controls for the BMS controlled lighting within the building and externals signage.
